Message	tickets. The only 2 points that transfered were from when I was moving to NY from NJ. I still had my NJ license and got pulled over in NY. I didn't care since I knew I'd get a NY license soon and they don't take points from other states, so I just paid it. When I got my NY license months later, I had 2 points that just said "restitution" or something. Since then I've gotten a few point-bearing tickets in NJ that I just paid and saw nothing about, most over a year later :knock on wood:. So this DLC is either balls slow (with Jersey involved I don't doubt it) or NY just doesn't care. Which is probably the case since last I checked (not too long ago), the NY DMV quite clearly says they only take points from NY (dhu) and 2 providences in Canananada.
